Dragonfly is agile
Different businesses have different patterns, habits and general ways of working. Dragonfly is providing set of ways you can use, or adjust them to meet your exact needs.
For your order positions you can create and use different workflows consisting of stages.

Design
After "Created", this is the very first stage of each workflow.
This is currently required in all workflows, but we are going to make it optional in the near future.
Printing
The key stage - printing - similarly to design, it is now mandatory.
We plan to make it optional soon, to make Dragonfly App even more flexible.
Postpress
Third of the key stages.
Similarly to previous two, we plan soon to let you to decide if you need it.
Delivery
One of the optional steps.
Keep in mind that this is our proposal to support most of the real life workflows, so keep it or add different as you need.
Installation
Another optional step that makes sense in many cases.
With all previous steps makes a set of core states for order execution tracking.
Custom steps
Add more workflow steps, if your order needs it.
Choose what is the measure of progress for the step (time, units, monetary value).
Flexibility
Move steps in order that suits you the best.
Apart from 3 first core steps there is no limitation to amount of steps and their ordering.

On each stage, orders are reportable, and you can see the full picture of the progress including time spent and costs generated
Workload scheduler
Part of the system is schedule calendar, that lets you plan ahead and provide precise delivery dates to your clients
Statistics
As a manager, you can see aggregated values of your sales and time reported by employees to have an overview of your performance
Integrations
For your convenience, continue using your file management services, like: FTP, Dropbox, AWS S3 bucket (or R2 from Cloudflare), Google Drive and MS One Drive
Constant development
Dragonfly started its first flight; it is constantly evolving though, so it is in active development to improve and extend indefinitely
